Barbershop and salons will be allowed to operate in general community quatantine areas starting June 7, 2020 including Metro Manila but 30% operating capacity first while 50% operating capacity in areas under modified GCQ.
“Basic lang po, haircut at hairstyling ang allowed. Wala muna ‘yung mga iba,” DTI Secretary Ramon Lopez said.
