The Professor actor Alvaro Morte drops hint that he will end up alone when Money Heist comes to its end. He didn’t mention if the Netflix show will say goodbye after season five, though. There’s still a rumor that the hit show will continue to stream and is renewed until season six.
Back to Alvaro, speaking at the Chelsea Film Festival, he was asked what he saw for his character’s ending.
He explained: “I’m aware this comment will make me very unpopular.
“The Professor was a very weird guy, a very lonely guy and what happened with the band and finding love, it’s really small chapter in his life.
“If we’re talking about the end of the character, I think at one point, I’d like to see him go back to that loneliness, that solitary life that he’s more used to and seems more comfortable in.”
Just like that. Does it mean The Professor and Lisbon won’t be together in the finals? Will Lisbon die?
The Professor is a genius and the smartest in the team. He’s also like a father, a friend, and a brother to his team. If he ends up alone, what happens to the rest of his team?
Anything is possible with how Money Heist or La Casa de Papel will be written for season five. Money Heist is known for having scripts done simultaenuosly while the show is filmed.
If the previous releases of its new season will be followed, we might see Money Heist 5 premiering on Netflix by mid 2021.
However, viewers could be waiting a little while given how filming across the world has been postponed due to the outbreak of coronavirus COVID-19.
