Mayor Francisco ‘Isko Moreno’ Domagoso unveiled to the public the groundbreaking of the 15-storey Tondominium 1 & 2 – an in-city vertical project of the City of Manila government.
The Tondominium buildings will have a total of 336 units with an area size of 44sq/m, 2-bedrooom unit each.
“Ito po ang ating pangarap para sa pamilyang Manileño, ang mabigyan po kayo ng maayos, disente at sariling tahanan,” said Domagoso as he presented the project to his constituents.
“Kinalulugod ko pong ibahagi sa inyo na ngayong araw, ika-1 ng Hunyo ay pormal na po nating sisimulan ang pagtatayo ng Tondominium 1,” the mayor of the City of Manila added.
The location of the Tondomium project is located in Vitas, Tondo in Manila.
“This is a new era in the city’s case of building in-city vertical housing in Manila. Umpisa pa lang po ito ng ating tuloy-tuloy na proyekto sa ilalim ng Build, Build, Manila. Susunod po rito ang Binondominium, pagsasaayos ng Ospital ng Maynila at ang rehabilitation ng Manila Zoo. Basta Diyos po ang nauuna, babangon ang Maynila, God first,” the proud mayor concluded.
