In line with the imposition of an Enhanced Community Quarantine in Luzon, all Manulife Philippines branches in Metro Manila and Luzon will be closed until further notice. Many of our branches in Visayas and Mindanao remain open, but this may change, should enhanced community quarantines be implemented in more cities. How can you manage your policy? 
For your safety and convenience, we encourage you to use our digital facilities to manage your policies, make payments or file claims: 

We are also waiving our 30-day notification and 90-day requirements submission deadlines for claims related to COVID-19 from March 10 to June 30, 2020.

Worried about your premium payments?
We want to make sure you won’t have to worry about your premium payments during these trying times, so we are giving you a payment extension of 60 days from your premium due date, if it falls between March 16 and April 30, 2020.
