Lazada Becomes the First eCommerce to Introduce A Digital Giving Platform to Empower Customers and Make Wishes Come True for Others

Lazada partners with 11 organizations and advocacy institutions for the LazadaForGood program that will encourage everyone to contribute in their own way, big or small to champion these organizations’ causes, raise awareness, funds, and resources.

This comes in time for the holiday season and the launch of 12.12 Grand Year End Sale where Filipinos can celebrate the joy of giving by adding heart-to-cart as they shop online ans support local communities and causes in need through direct donations on the Lazada platform.

“It’s not just about dreams coming true but we also have numerous programs that are meaningful to us. We are launching a first in digital giving platform and is part of LazadaForGood program,” said Ray Alimurung, Chief Executive Officer, Lazada Philippines.

Partnering with 11 local and internaional advocacy partners – Habitat for Humanity, Young Focus, Caritas Manila, movEd, UNHCR, Hero Foundation, unicef, WWF, Tahanan ng Pagmamahal, HOPE, and CCEF, customers can look forward to shopping this season bu most importantly they can look forward to offerings that reflect the meaningful relationships that Lazada have built to benefit these partners.
