Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila, in partnership with Les Deux Belges, stages Made in Belgium, the first-ever Belgian Beer Festival in the Philippines on November 30, 2019 at the Sunset Pavilion.
Bringing the most-celebrated Belgian festivities that rounded the world’s major cities including Brussels, Denver, Tokyo, and Bangkok, Made in Belgium boasts of more than 30 varieties of Belgian craft beer from Brasserie C, Brussels Beer Project, De HalveMaan, Dubbuisson, Lindemans, Van Steenberge, Westmalle, and Lefebvre.
Let the good times roll by pairing each brew with savory Belgian comfort food prepared by Sofitel’s culinary artisans, including Beef Carbonnade, Chicken Waterzooi in Ramekins, Belgian-style Burger with Endive, Belgian Fries, Croustillons with Whipped Cream and Speculoos Crumbs, Belgian Chocolate Cones with Coffee Liquor,Speculoos Tiramisu, and a Belgian Waffle Station with a wide array of compotes and sauces.
Experience a night ofmusical entertainment and good fun with live performances by DJ Out of Scratch and his signature spins of chart-toppers.
Traditionally held as a 3-day Belgian Beer Weekend Festival with around 60,000 annual visitors, this festive celebration has recently taken place in Grand Place Brussels featuring live musical shows and bringing together a mix of major and micro-breweries with their finest selection of liquid gold, honoring a time-honored traditionthat began more than15years ago.
