I posted a while ago that the entire province of Bulacan will be placed under general community quarantine starting May 16. Not anymore.
The Regional Inter-Agency Task Force (RIATF) has filed a resolution which states that Bulacan and select provinces in Central Luzon will instead be placed under modified enhanced community quarantine.

BULACAN UNDER MECQ, SIGNED DOCUMENTS: Resolution No. 1 ng Regional Inter Agency Task Force (RIATF) of COVID-19 ng Central Luzon.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, in consideration of the premises set forth herein, that the requested postponement of the implementation of general Community Quarantine in the provinces of Bataan, BULACAN, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, and Zamabales, and the Highy-Urbanized City of Angeles be concurred by RIATF;
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the RIATF recommends for the implementation of MODIFIED ENHANCED COMMUNITY QUARANTINE in the aforementioned provinces and highly urbanized city from May 16-31, 2020.
